Hi, I'm Charissa! My style is a mixture of traditional poses, editorial poses, and planned/unplanned candids. I love editing images that recreate the essence of the day. This involves staying true to the colors that were in front of me and mimicking the lighting scenarios that were in front of me. I am a huge fan of flash photography as well as natural light, and love the art of using both in the appropriate scenarios to create a timeless and nostalgic look. I've been taking photos for seven years while I have owned my own wedding band that has performed at wedding venues all throughout the South. I have been in the wedding photography industry in particular for one year. I build strong bonds with my client, because it's important to know people you'll be staring at through a camera for hours on end! To feel comfortable in front of the camera, I believe that it's important to laugh and it's even more important that you feel like you look your best. I'm here to be your hype girl, your helping hand, and your shoulder to cry on.
